OUR DESIGN-BUILD PROCESS
Consultation & Interior Design
Consider form and function – bring your dream to life with an artistic rendering.
- Working with our interior designer we create renderings and concept drawings for client feedback
- Using physical samples for finishes, we review requirements for millwork, countertops, hardware, accessories, lighting, plumbing, flooring, paint, etc.
- Using selections, we update renderings and finalize scope of the project
- Budget is updated based on materials and labour prepared from final drawings and specifications.
Construction
Our Project Manager oversees every step of the build process.
- Our project manager works with the designer and client on a daily basis until the job is done.
- Client signs construction contract and provides a deposit
- Quotes for materials and sub-contractors are confirmed, work is scheduled, material is ordered
- Construction begins with project manager and designer both overseeing the project to ensure it’s on time, of the highest quality, and includes all of the discussed details.
Walkthrough
A final review ensures your finished project is a dream come true.
- Once your home renovation project is completed, we make sure your new space is spotless and ready for you to start living in it.
- At the end of every project the designer completes a final walkthrough with the client to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Experience total peace of mind with a two-year warranty.
