Our clients wanted to upgrade their builder-grade home into something more personal and polished.

We refreshed the entire main floor—smoothing ceilings, painting every surface, and upgrading trim. New LED lighting brightened key areas, and cork-backed luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring added warmth and durability. A new HRV system replaced the outdated exhaust fan for better air circulation.

The centrepiece: a kitchen renovation that shines

We removed a half-wall to improve flow and expand the kitchen. Custom cabinets with clever storage solutions make space for all the homeowner’s kitchen appliances and gadgets, including many drawer and shelf pullouts, organizational accessories, and ample pantry space that spans from floor to ceiling.

The kitchen renovation centres around an expansive island with waterfall quartz countertops and seating for four, making it the perfect spot for a quick meal.

We increased the space’s visual interest with a striking Spanish-style tile backsplash, which creates a stunning focal point. The backsplash is also ideal as a backdrop for other kitchen details, including a black matte sink and faucet, modern pendant lighting, and dual-colour cabinets.

Adding an element of relaxation with an ensuite renovation

The primary bedroom was reconfigured to create a larger ensuite bathroom with privacy that didn’t exist in the previous layout. A large custom tile shower was constructed with a bench, custom glass, and black accessories to make a bold statement in this ensuite.

A large custom vanity with quartz countertops sits below an oversized mirror and updated wall lighting. White hexagon tile was installed on the ensuite floor to match the shower base, tying the space together, while sound-absorbing insulation made it a true retreat.

Our efforts included upgrading the walk-in closet with efficient built-ins and new paint and flooring throughout the primary suite bedroom.

Bright and spacious main bathroom renovation

We reclaimed six inches from a closet to enlarge the bathroom’s footprint, allowing us to install a larger vanity. Then, in the shower, we incorporated a chevron-patterned tile wall that draws the eye upward, making the room feel bigger and brighter.

Thoughtful touches throughout this home renovation

This home gained style points with the unique, custom-made archways featured in many of the entryways. These archways help balance the modern touches with a bit of whimsy, giving the space a personality.

Custom cabinetry and floating display shelves in the dining room niche improved storage while adding style. Subtle lighting and a complementary paint shade completed the look.
