As part of our project process, we will meet with you to discuss your project goals thinking of current and future form and function. Our interior designer will work with you to redefine your space and create a model of what your home could look like.

1. Initial interior designer consultation
During the initial consultation our experts will meet with you to discuss your remodel. Layouts and materials will be discussed, and we’ll give you an overview of our services and timelines, as well as an approximate cost for the project.
2. Design contract
Should you decide to move forward and work with Hammerdown to design your project, you’ll be provided with a design contract. Once the contract is signed, and a deposit provided, we’ll assemble the design team to begin working on your project.
3. First interior design meeting
Based on our team’s recommendations our designer will present floor plan layouts, potential materials, and renderings of your space. This meeting is an opportunity to discuss changes to the floor plan, talk about materials and finishes, and provide any other feedback to the designer.
4. Offsite interior design + planning
Our interior designer will take your feedback from the first design meeting and apply it to your project. They will also request material samples and finalize all drawings and details.
5. Second interior design meeting
During the second design meeting our interior designer will show you the final drawings, and have a selection of materials and finishes for you to see. This is your opportunity to make any final changes that you deem necessary.
6. Offsite interior design + planning feedback
Our interior designer will take your feedback from the second design meeting and apply it to your project. Details will be finalized, and quotes will be requested for your project.
7. Final interior design meeting
During the final design meeting our interior designer will go over all of the details with you and will be able to provide you with an updated quote for your project.
