The spaces featured in this home renovation project were completed for lovely repeat clients. We previously renovated their kitchen and they wanted to bring the style and energy we helped deliver to the other rooms in their home.

An ensuite bathroom renovation that is luxurious, while remaining practical

The ensuite bathroom design is simply stunning everywhere you look. It features a generous double vanity and a built-in custom linen storage – checking off “practicality”. The expansive neo angle shower has an intricate herringbone marble inlay detail on the back wall, that is also featured in the shower niches and for the dual vanity backsplash – creating a sense of unity.

The marble wall tiles run from the ceiling and continue into a heated tile floor that makes the room feel bright and expansive – checking the box for “luxurious”. The luxury bathroom renovation is rounded out with a free-standing tub, nestled under the window and comes complete with a chandelier and heated towel rack, our clients can bubble bath in style! Every inch of this space shouts “Luxury!”

A mudroom entrance way that’s stylish, yet easy to keep tidy

The newly appointed mudroom flows seamlessly from their kitchen, with similar detailing, but with an added pop of colour! The combination grey and blue cabinets continue to the ceiling offering plenty of storage.

On the adjacent wall you find the homeowner’s new mudroom bench, additional overhead storage as shelving, and enclosed cabinetry. It’s a convenient spot to sit, set down groceries, and hang your coat. This mudroom design-build renovation proves that a functional space can also be beautiful!
